Terms of Service
Note on language: This English version is provided for accessibility. The Turkish version is the legally binding text; in case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.
By using CollectVaultr, you agree to the following terms. These rules ensure fair use for everyone.
1. What is the service?
CollectVaultr is a personal collection management tool for trading card games (Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, etc.). It offers photo-based card recognition, price lookups, collection tracking, trade logging, and similar features.
2. Your account
- You agree to use accurate information when creating an account
- Parental consent is required if you are under 13
- You are responsible for your account's security
- Account sharing or sale is prohibited
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to do the following:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Upload content that infringes copyright
- Post spam, harassment, or hate speech
- Stress the service with DDoS, exploitation, bots, or scraping
- Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer the service
4. Price Data
Price information is collected from third-party sources such as PriceCharting, Scryfall, Pokémon TCG API, Limitless TCG, and eBay.
- Prices are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any sale
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of prices
- You are advised not to make investment decisions based on this data alone
5. AI Card Recognition
Anthropic Claude Vision AI is used. The AI:
- Can make mistakes — 100% accuracy is not guaranteed
- May fail to recognize some cards
- Outputs should be verified by the user
6. Content Ownership
The photos you upload and the notes you add are YOURS. We process them only to provide the service and claim no ownership. When you delete your account, all your content is deleted.
7. Service Changes
We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue the service. Material changes will be announced in advance.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We do not accept liability for data loss, financial loss, or service interruption. We recommend you keep your own backups (Settings → Download JSON).
9. Termination
If you breach these terms, your account may be suspended or deleted. You can close your account anytime via Settings → Delete My Account.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
